Happy Valentines Day!
I made this block for my wonderful husband. Still undecided as to it’s final use, might be a small wall hanging. We aren’t huge on Valentines day here, but in previous years we’ve used it as a substitute for our wedding anniversary, this year Ian got me some roses, a wee bear and a card (except he hasn’t written in the card yet, can’t decide what to write). So we both did a bit more than usual.
We’ve had some rain in the past two day. It was very welcome, the garden and the water tanks really needed it. We could have done without the huge drop in temperature though. Brrrr. Chilly, you would thinks it’s almost Winter.
Nova – here is the recipe for the Marshmallow bubble slice 
50g butter
1 packet of marshmallows
3cups of rice bubbles
Chocolate chips (optional, you can use dried fruit if wanted)
Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add the marshmallows and cook over a low heat till the marshmallow are melted, Take off the heat and quickly add the rice bubbles and chocolate chips. Put the mix into a greased or lined baking dish (I used a silicon one) and leave to set. Cut and eat. Yum. It starts to set really quickly so mix the ricies in as fast as you can
