Here is our black nose cow, on the hooks. Not as big as we would have liked, but not too bad all the same. Sorry to all you Vegetarians out there, but this is what we do, we grow our own food , and eat it 
. We now she was treated well, fed well (especially in the drought), and had no stress of being loaded onto a truck, starved overnight etc before being killed. I’m sure we will reap the benefits of that when the meat comes back from the butcher. Meantime I have a heat, kidneys, oxtail and some skirt to decide what to do with. Hmmmm.

And Aunty Mandy bough Cam a nice new Fancypantz nappy. Here he is trying it on, looks nice, but alas its way too big, so I have to hope we might be able to swap it for a medium.
